The Barnim Panorama, its exhibition, and in large parts also the outdoor facilities are barrier-free. All thematic rooms of the exhibition are easily accessible with wheelchairs or baby carriages. Markings on the stair railings facilitate orientation for the blind and visually impaired. There is a disabled toilet and a changing table in the foyer.
There are two disabled parking spaces at the exhibition building. If necessary, visitors can also be driven up to the entrance. A wheelchair is available for visitors with walking difficulties. Benches and seating invite visitors to take a break.
Parts of the discovery trail - the treehouse and the access to the ponds - are not barrier-free.
Accompanying persons with a handicapped pass, which entitles them to bring an accompanying person, are admitted free of charge. Guide dogs are exempt from the ban on animals in the house and outside.
